Since my childhood, art has been my lifelong passion and the primary way I express my convictions. As a black artist based in Dallas, Texas, I take immense pride in my culture and feel incredibly grateful for the gift of creativity and the ability to create. My artistic repertoire encompasses a wide spectrum, ranging from biblical art to abstract expressions. I set forth to challenge stereotypes, provoke thought, and to inspire.

The artist Wonderfully Made series is a beautiful way to celebrate the African culture, heritage as well as their unique physical attributes. The title and concept is drawn from inspiration from Psalm 139:14, and is set forth to counteract the negative stereotyping and derogation faced by individuals of African descent by highlighting their inherent beauty, diversity, and the divine nature of their creation. This series sets forth to convey a message of empowerment, self acceptance, and appreciation for the rich tapestry of African identity.
By presenting a positive and authentic portrayal of Africans and African Americans, the artist contributes to challenging and dismantling the distorted narratives that perpetuate racism and discrimination. This piece is used to engage and inspire people, to celebrate people of African descent unique qualities.
